Max CTC: 7,00,000 per annum (Based on experience and current CTC)

Job Description:

Reports to: Direct line Manager, Associate Directors & Directors.

Job Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support across the business. The Office Administrator ensures the smooth flow of office procedures and supports key stakeholders-including the Direct Line Manager and C - Suite through effective organisation, communication, data management and secretarial support.

 


Key Accountabilities:

• Responding to queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner;
• Managing Reminders on Adiuvo Live;
• Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately;
• Monitoring and actioning shared mailbox communications efficiently;
• Collaborating with other Line Manager and other Office Administrators on advanced Excel-based tasks;
• Uploading documentation and supporting internal processes as required;
• Assists with new client and user account setups;
• Retrieving and sharing call recordings as requested;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system information;
• Provides general administrative support to the management team;
• Supports wider company administrative needs on an ad hoc basis;
• Interacts with C Suite and carries out their requests;
• Performs various business support activities, including data handling and report
generation;
• Entering and updating client details in reporting spreadsheets;
• Monitoring and reconciling unit update sheets for discrepancies;
• Generating and updating reports to support other departments;
• Ad hoc functional requests and supports.

The list of accountabilities above illustrates the work of the Office Administrator but is not exhaustive and other duties may be allocated in line with the requirements of the role.
