Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. No Refund & Non-Transferability Policy:

 

• All purchases of online courses, workshops, programs, webinars, training sessions, services, subscriptions, digital 
  content, and any other offerings provided by AI GROW NOW are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• By enrolling in, subscribing to, or purchasing any such offering, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds (full or 
  partial) shall be made under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

• Changes, modifications, or rescheduling of course/workshop/program/webinar/service dates.

• Extension of service, program, or subscription duration.

• Failure by the user to attend, participate, or complete the service, program, or subscription.

• Modifications, updates, or revisions to structure, format, curriculum, content, or delivery method.

• Accidental, duplicate, or erroneous purchases by the user.

 

2. Chargebacks:

1. All payments for our offerings are final. You expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback with your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway for amounts paid to AI GROW NOW, except in cases permitted under“Exceptional Circumstances” below.
    

2. Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a material breach of these terms. AI GROW NOW reserves the right 
   to:

• Suspend or terminate all services, subscriptions, and platform access.

• Recover all costs, charges, and legal fees incurred due to handling such disputes.

• Initiate legal proceedings under applicable Indian law.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

1. Refunds or reversals may be considered only in the case of:

2. Proven technical/system error resulting in duplicate billing or unintentional multiple payments.

3. Such requests must:

• Be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the transaction to Your Support Email Address.

• Include full payment proof and a detailed explanation.

• Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of AI GROW NOW.

 

4. Compliance & Exclusive Jurisdiction:

1. AI GROW NOW operates in full compliance with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and 
   applicable RBI guidelines for e-commerce.

2. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Refund & Chargeback Policy, any online courses, workshops, programs, webinars, training sessions, services, subscriptions, digital content, or any other offerings provided by AI GROW NOW, or your use of our platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
    the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

3. This jurisdiction applies irrespective of:

   1. The location of the user

   2. The place from which services are accessed

   3. The nationality of the user

   4. By using our services, subscriptions, or other offerings, all users — including international users — expressly accept and agree to forgo, waive, and relinquish any statutory rights or remedies they may have under their domestic consumer protection or similar laws, and agree that their rights and remedies shall be governed solely by the laws of India and under the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. No other court, tribunal, or authority shall have jurisdiction.

 

5. Reference to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions:

• By making a payment to AI GROW NOW, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & 
  Conditions.

• These documents outline how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your personal information, and set out 
  additional terms governing your use of our platform.

• This Refund & Chargeback Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions.

 

6. Policy Updates:

• AI GROW NOW reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Chargeback Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

By purchasing services, subscribing to, or using any offering from AI GROW NOW, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Chargeback Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions, and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
