Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AI GROW NOW, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional educational experiences. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to handle all requests with transparency and fairness in accordance with Indian consumer protection standards.

1. Refund & Cancellation

• Should you choose to discontinue your program, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unutilized portion of the services, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of ₹1,000.

• Live Sessions: Attendance at any scheduled live session constitutes full utilization of that session.

• Recorded Sessions: Accessing, downloading, or receiving the link to any recorded session constitutes full utilization of that content.

• Completion Threshold: If you have utilized 50% or more of the total scheduled sessions and/or provided recorded content, the service is deemed "fully delivered," and no further refunds are applicable.

• Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Support Email Address] within 48 hours of your decision to withdraw.

2. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

• We encourage all participants to prioritize direct resolution with our support team before initiating any payment disputes.

• In the event of an approved claim regarding duplicate billing or technical error, AI GROW NOW will process the refund via the original payment method within 30 days.

• Initiating "friendly fraud" chargebacks for services already rendered constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In such instances, we reserve the right to offset the refund amount against services delivered, retain the administrative fee, and pursue the recovery of all associated legal and administrative costs.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation. In the event of litigation, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

4. Service Delivery & Participation

• Our programs are delivered via live online sessions and/or the provision of recorded content.

• Outcomes: AI GROW NOW does not guarantee specific professional, financial, or career outcomes. Participation is an investment in professional development, and results are contingent upon individual effort and application.

• Technical Issues: Should a technical failure on the part of AI GROW NOW prevent a live session from occurring, we will provide a make-up session or access to the session recording to ensure the full value of the program is delivered.

5. Policy Updates
AI GROW NOW reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our official website.

By purchasing services, subscribing to, or using any offering from AI GROW NOW, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Chargeback Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions, and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
